Do I need to have my own bike?
Yes! All riders must bring their own dirt bike to participate in training sessions. We do not provide rental bikes at this time.
What safety equipment and gear do I need?
All riders are required to wear full protective gear, including:
✔ DOT-approved helmet
✔ Goggles
✔ Gloves
✔ Long pants (motocross gear recommended)
✔ Chest protector
✔ Motocross boots (above the ankle, no sneakers or soft shoes)
Where is the training held?
All training sessions take place at Wicomico MX & ATV, LLC, located in Southern Maryland. The facility features:

Three Tracks: Kids, Intermediate, and Advanced

4-Mile Trail Loop: Perfect for off-road and endurance training

Prime Location: Adjacent to Budds Creek, a nationally recognized pro motocross facility
What days and times are classes held

Big Bikes (125cc & up): Tuesdays, 4 PM - 7 PM

Little Bikes (85cc): Thursdays, 4 PM - 7 PM

Pewee's & Never Ridden Before: Thursdays, 3PM - 4PM
What happens if there is bad weather/need to cancel?
If a session needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather or an emergency, we will work with all impacted participants to set a new date. You will be notified via email about any schedule changes
Will I receive 1-on-1 training?
Yes! While training is conducted in a small group format, Scotty Clark provides tailored one-on-one guidance throughout the session. He meets each rider at their skill level to ensure they receive personalized instruction.
What does training focus on?
Our program is designed to improve every aspect of riding, including:
✔ Bike Control & Positioning – Learn the fundamentals of body positioning, balance, and throttle control.
✔ Riding Techniques – Gain skills for corners, jumps, braking, and acceleration.
✔ Race Strategy & Mental Focus – Develop the mindset and tactics to ride efficiently and confidently.
✔ Physical Fitness – Improve endurance and strength to enhance riding performance.
✔ Speed & Efficiency – Learn how to get faster while staying in control.
What skill levels are accepted?
We offer training for all levels:

Beginner – Never ridden before or just getting started

Novice – Knows the basics but wants to refine skills

Intermediate – Comfortable on the track but looking to improve speed and efficiency

Advanced – Experienced rider looking to fine-tune techniques

Pro – Competitive racers wanting to sharpen their race craft
How many riders are accepted per session?
We are accepting the first 10 riders per category (Big Bike & Little Bike) each month. Once spots are filled, additional riders will be placed on a waitlist for the following month.
How do I sign up?

Once we receive your email, we will confirm whether you have been enrolled or placed on the waitlist.
What is the cost, and how do I pay?
💰 Cost: $500 for 4 weeks (prepaid) or, you can pay $150 per class. Payment is required to reserve your spot in courses/one-off training classes due to limited spots. (*Note: Prices are subject to change)

Can parents stay and watch?
Yes! Parents and guardians are welcome to watch from designated spectator areas, but they must not interfere with training sessions.
What happens if I miss a session?
Since classes are prepaid, missed sessions will not be refunded. If you have a conflict, please notify us in advance, and we will try our best to accommodate you in a future session.
